Upon receipt of the delivered goods, the customer must immediately check that they are in conformity with his order, complete and in perfect condition. The customer must notify LES CRACKS DU VRAC of any defects as soon as possible, but at the latest within five days of receipt of the goods.

The notice of defects must contain a precise description of the defect and a photograph of the defective product.

LES CRACKS DU VRAC replace any defective product that the customer has reported to them by respecting the above points.

Return and exchange

Products ordered that do not have a defect within the meaning of the previous article may not be returned or exchanged.
The shipment of available items is made by post within approximately 3 to 5 business days after receipt of payment. A contribution to shipping costs is requested from the customer, it is indicated when ordering.

Deliveries are shipped exclusively to addresses in Switzerland and France.

To preserve the environment, the items are sent without plastic and in recycled cardboard FSC packaging.
